What makes a perfect concert? It is not the super high decibel music being bombarded into your ears, not the million dollar lighting that could burn a hole in your eyes, it is not the crowd surfing, body slamming, groping each other’s ass, spitting at each other or getting your clothes ripped off your back while moshing in the mosh pit. But it is the moment when the lights go dim and the performer connects with the crowd, singing along as the song plays, the moment when the performer and the audience blend into one voice and being part of the song. Even after years, when you think back to that beautiful moment, it still gives you goose bumps. That is what you can expect from every NIN’s concert, because usually the very last song they will play the song Hurt which is a very personal song to NIN’s front man Trent Reznor and at many occasion has ask the crowd to SHUT THE FUCK UP and listen to the lyrics and song – definitely a classic moment to have the performer asking you to shut the hell up. So I will definitely be looking forward for that moment where I get to sing along with NIN and be part of the song.
11 days till Lisa comes to LA :D
25 days till NIN concert in Philly :D :D :D :D :D
I swear to god I will have a tough time answering Lisa who do I love more, her or NIN. It is like the question where the girlfriend asks the boyfriend,” if your mum and I was drowning, who will you save first”….fucking trick question….
